Each of our sport-specific programs is led by a practitioner who plays, coaches, or has represented at elite level in that sport. A Volleyroo running your volleyball program. Athletic development is a flooded industry. Most programs look the same on paper. What separates the real from the generic is who's actually coaching your young athlete — and whether they understand what the sport demands.
A squat jump test tells you very little if you don't know how it maps to game-day demands. Our programs are built from the sport backwards — what does volleyball actually require, what does cricket actually require, how is basketball different from AFL. Generic S&C doesn't build sport-specific athletes.

We sit inside SportsFit Health & Rehab — meaning your young athlete's S&C program runs alongside physio expertise, injury screening, and return-to-sport protocols when needed. No gap between training and rehab. One team, one approach, one facility.
Based at Five Dock (Inner West) and Gladesville — serving young athletes across Canada Bay, Ryde, and surrounding Sydney areas. Most sports run out of Five Dock. Volleyball runs out of Gladesville with Seth. Both clinics are close, accessible, and fully equipped.
